What types of services do you offer?

We provide individual and couples therapy for clients ages 17 and older, as well as therapist-led educational workshops, courses, and clinical supervision. Therapy focuses on evidence-based support for anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, life transitions, work challenges, and relationship issues. Workshops are educational and skill-building, not therapy.

Are your services virtual?

A:

Yes! All therapy sessions and programs are offered 100% virtually. Therapy is available for clients located in states where our clinicians are licensed. Workshops and courses are accessible worldwide.

While our workshops are primarily virtual and available worldwide, we also offer in-person workshops for individuals, agencies, and corporate teams within a 25-mile radius of Duluth, GA. Travel outside this radius may be accommodated for an additional fee, which will be discussed during scheduling.

Q:

Do you accept insurance?

A:

Yes! We accept insurance for therapy services. Contact us or your insurance provider to confirm coverage. We can also provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement if needed.

Workshops are open to individuals worldwide, as well as agencies and corporate teams. These programs are educational and skill-building, not therapy.

What topics do your workshops cover?

A:

Topics include emotional regulation, stress management, burnout prevention, communication skills, boundaries, practical mental health skills, and much more.

​We can also customize workshops to meet the specific needs of you, your team, or your agency, creating a program that is relevant, practical, and directly applicable to your goals.

How do I register for a workshop?

SUPERVISION

Q:

Who is eligible for supervision?

A:

Clinical supervision is available to licensed therapists and those pursuing licensure, depending on your state’s regulations.

Q:

What does supervision involve?

A:

Supervision provides guidance, support, and professional development, including clinical skills, ethical decision-making, and case consultation. Sessions can be individual or group-based.

SCHEDULING & POLICIES

How do I schedule an appointment or program?

A:

Q:

What is your cancellation policy?

A:

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a therapy session. Workshop and program cancellation policies vary and are detailed during registration.

Q:

Are your services confidential?

A:

Yes. All therapy sessions are confidential in accordance with HIPAA and professional ethical standards. Educational programs do not create a therapist-client relationship.

Can I participate if I live outside your state?

A:

Therapy is limited to clients in states where our clinicians are licensed. Workshops and educational programs are accessible worldwide.
